?Theo Hipwell joined the Club as a nipper parent in the early 1980’s and gained his Bronze Medallion in 1989. He became very involved as an active member and became Deputy President of the Club and President of the Supporters Club for six years.

He gave a considerable contribution to instruction and training during his active years. He was Instructor of the Year in 1996 and Club Lifesaver of the Year in 2000. Theo was awarded Life Membership of the Club in 2003 for his outstanding contribution as an active member, a trainer and an administrator.
