Neville Huxley joined the Burnie SLSC in 1964 and went on to gain his Bronze Medallion in the same year. He joined the Alex Club in the early 1980’s and went on to become Club President from 1993 to 1995.

 

He was also President of the Supporters Club. He was as an active member and an also an outstanding competitor. In his earlier years he was Captain of the Tasmanian Representative Team in 1980-81. He was awarded Life Membership of the Club in 2002 for his service.
