Andrew Buhk joined the Club as a nipper in 1972 and went on to gain his Bronze Medallion in 1980. He has been one of the most outstanding active members in all aspects of the Club, including competition and as an official.

 

Andrew has won medals at Branch, State and National Championships in various competitions. He has held positions as Cadet Officer, Clubhouse Director, Board and Ski Instructor during the period from 1979 to 1998. He became a very competent competition official at all levels of the organisation and has been Referee of the Nutri-Grain Series, State Championships and on several occasions, Referee of the Australian Championships.

 

He was awarded Life Membership of the Club in 2001 for his outstanding achievements and service.
